Passport Application
Please complete the Nepali Passport Application form (1 copy) and forward it along with your current or expired Nepali Passport, 4 passport size photographs, Nepali Citizenship Certificate (will accept copy of Certificate), AUD $104.00 and a return self-addressed Registered Post envelope. Please contact the Embassy directly for payment options. Passports are valid for 10 years from the date of issue.

If you have lost your Nepali Passport you must submit your application along with as much personal identity documentation that you can find, plus a copy of a report that you have made to your local police station.

Please make sure you have your Return Address clearly marked on the back of the envelope, and in a note inside the envelope (including a phone contact), and post this by Registered Mail at an Australia Post Office. 

Before forwarding these documents, please ensure that you take a photocopy of your old Nepali passport (including the front cover), and the first few pages with your identity details, and Australian Visa details. Also, make sure you liaise with the relevant Immigration authorities in Australia of your new Nepali Passport details. If you send any other original documents make sure you take photocopies of them.
