Application Requirements
Nepalese Tourist Visa (Single Entry - 60 Day)

To apply for a Single Entry 60-day tourist visa to Nepal you can either come into our office between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Wednesday only for an on the spot visa (15 mins) or apply through the post (4 working days).
Visas are valid for travel for 60 days and the visa must be utilised within 6 months from the date of issue. A 60 day single entry tourist visa is Aust$70.00. If issued 'on the spot', the single entry visa fee is Aust$86.00. A 60 day multiple entry visa is Aust$175.00. If issued 'on the spot', a Multiple entry visa is Aust$190.00. Both these categories of visa are valid for six months from the time of entry into Nepal.
We aim to process visas within 4 days but if your request is urgent we suggest you come to our office personally or have a travel agent/courier or friend come in on your behalf and have your visa issued “on the spot”.
If you would like us to process your visa ‘ON THE SPOT/URGENT’ we are happy to do that, for the additional fees cited above.
Our office is located at: Level 5, 203-233 New South Head Road, Edgecliff NSW 2027 (next to Edgecliff Station).
We accept Australian Dollars at our Office and we do not have credit card facilities.
If you are applying through the post please forward us:
1. Your current passport (with at least 6 months validity).
2. Fully complete two (2) visa application forms.
3. Two passport photographs attached to your forms.
4. Return self-addressed Yellow Express Post envelope or Registered envelope.
5. Bank cheque or Money order.
Personal cheques will not be accepted.

If you are posting your visa please allow sufficient time for processing and to allow for delays, which may occur with Australia Post. This is especially important as our office is only open on Wednesday.
Visa applications with your passport and all other details cited above can also be left at our Reception Desk during business hours Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 5:00 pm).
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE ON VISAS ISSUED BY OUR OFFICE.
